The website and Event are operated by CG Wellness under the brand “Sovereign Sister Summit.” You can reach us using the contact details at the end of these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase tickets or attend the Event.

Ticket prices are listed on our website and may be shown in Dominican pesos (RD$) with approximate US dollar equivalents; USD amounts are estimates and the charged amount may vary with exchange rates and your payment provider. Early-bird pricing is available until the stated deadline, after which regular pricing applies. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by purchasing, you authorize the charge and confirm your payment information is accurate. Tickets are limited and sold first-come, first-served.

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
• If CG Wellness cancels the Event, ticket holders will receive a full refund.

The Event includes physical movement activities (such as dance, pilates, and other wellness sessions). You represent that you are physically able to participate and should consult a physician before beginning any new physical activity. Content and sessions are for general wellness, educational, and informational purposes only and are not medical, psychological, or health advice, and are not a substitute for professional care. You participate at your own risk and assume all risks associated with attendance and participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release CG Wellness and its facilitators, sponsors, and venue from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.

Photography and video may be captured at the Event. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to CG Wellness’s use of such media for promotional purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify staff on site.

We are committed to a safe, respectful environment. We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful, without refund.

If you opt in to SMS, you agree to receive text messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive marketing SMS is not a condition of purchase.

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and materials — is owned by or licensed to CG Wellness and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CG Wellness will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, ticket purchase, or attendance. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CG Wellness and its facilitators, sponsors, and venue from any claims or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your participation in the Event.
